Just wanted to comment on the In The Hood episode of Flip This House. Armando Montelongo goes on a diet and becomes Super Rich Jerk. Wow! Armando, you really know how to charm them. No wonder those workers walked out on you. I wouldn't want to work for you, either.

You are so lucky that you have friends who are willing to work with you. They said they'd put the charges on on another house just so you could get this house done. You are not the wonder boy, your partners are.

At least you came out of your diet funk and apologized to those people. You really were acting like a Rich Jerk for most of that show. Oh, I know. It's television. Some people don't like watching a Rich Jerk like you jerking people around. It's just not attractive, Armando.

Want to see what Armando is really like? Try not to be too impressed.

Ya' all see what Armando is up to now? He's taking advantage of people in foreclosure! Actually making money off of them! Then, he's selling a course showing others how to do it! Real Estate Investment - Unseen Roaches

Hello, Everyone!

Flip This House came up with a puker. I mean, literally, for some. The Roach house vs. the Contractor. The Roach house won. That poor guy was puking his guts out. Whew! Armando Montelongo, what were you thinking buying a house unseen? Only an idiot Rich Jerk would do that.

Do you really have that much money to waste?

Then you leave the project and go on vacation, dumping the thing on poor David! The Roach House turned out to be a "roach" of a deal, didn't it? You ended up going way over budget, but oh, well. It's only money.

David did the right thing. He fixed things the way they were supposed to be fixed. When you came home and ranted and raved. He let you. That was so great. Props to David.

You know, you claimed to be the victor here, but David was the level headed one. Glad not everyone is a Rich Jerk.

You continue to unimpress, me Montelongo. When are you going to learn? Did this deal dictate the success? Or did your ego get the best of you?

This is Connie Reilly reporting from Flip This House Central, where I just watched Rich Jerk Montelongo dye his hair Blonde! Oh, my. You are good for a laugh, Armando, I'll give you that. The look on your face as you sat in that chair was priceless. Looked like a really pissed off puppy. (I love that word, puppy. Don't you???) Sorry to tell you, Armando, blonde is not your color. I give props to Veronica, though. She rocks! Go Vero!

You surely deserved it, Mondo. You were a partner in a property and left someone else to manage it and never checked on it. Then you made a bet before you really inspected the property. Then you whined about how much harder your side of the house was to flip(Would you care for a little cheese with that whine?). Then you bragged about how you were going to win. I guess you found out that talk is cheap, didn't you Montelongo?? Oh, my, you are a piece of work.

Give me one good reason why anyone would listen to you when you are so arrogant and then lose the bet? I don't know, Rich Jerk. You'd have to give me more proof.

Guys, do you think Armando can convince you? He hasn't convinced me, yet, but to be fair, try his blog.

Flipping the Cat House - Is Montelongo Flipping Nuts????

I watched the "Cat House" episode of Flip This House today. That house was such a mess. What were you thinking, Armando? First, you couldn't find anyone to work on the house and declared that you were going to find someone to do it. "Someone who's hungry," You said. Hungry? How could anyone keep from throwing up in that house much less be hungry????? Oiy.

Then you were talking to your own crew about it not being a "big deal." Are you kidding? And by the way, I didn't see you volunteering to do the work. What's up with that?

Well you asked for a challenge, then you got it. Then you couldn't stop whining about it. Tell me, was going to see the shrink just a stunt for the show??? You've got problems, all right, Montelongo. But they aren't mental problems or house flipping problems. You've got Rich Jerk problems. Why don't you add "Rich Jerk" to your list of assets?

Armando Motelongo - Raking the Intern Over the Coals

Did you see Flip This House today? That poor intern! Armando Montelongo just raked that poor kid over the coals. Left him sitting a the empty backyard of flippin' house--or is that flipped house?? Well, no matter. He had to do that big job all by himself! The intern turned out to be very innovative, but not before burying his truck in hubcap deep mud!

Armando, don't get enough satisfaction kicking your contractors around. Do you have to pick on the intern as well??? He's just there trying to learn from you and you walk all over him. Good grief!
